The Full NMFT Course 2026

This course teaches a practical neuromuscular approach to diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions by looking beyond symptoms, structure, and imaging alone.

Through short video modules, you will learn how altered sensory input, spinal reflexes, motor control, and muscle inhibition can influence pain, compensation, weakness, recurring dysfunction, and failed rehabilitation.

The course introduces a functional clinical system for assessing the neuromusculoskeletal system more completely — including joints, muscles, sensory input, reflex control, and motor output.

You will learn how to test muscle function, identify possible inhibited muscles, understand the neurological mechanisms behind compensation, and apply a simple test → treat → retest approach that gives both practitioner and patient immediate feedback.

The goal is to help MSK practitioners move from guessing based on symptoms to assessing how the body is actually controlling movement — so treatment becomes more specific, more logical, and easier for patients to understand.
